Step by step

  1. Request your exports: In ChatGPT open Settings, Data Controls, Export Data. In Claude open Settings, Privacy, Export data. Each tool emails you a ZIP. Keep the ZIPs as they are, no need to unzip them.
  2. Drop every ZIP into one place: Open the converter and drop the ChatGPT ZIP, then the Claude ZIP, then any others. All conversations land in a single chat list, labelled by platform.
