What Copilot actually offers
Copilot does let you export or share a single conversation directly from the chat itself, which is more than some competitors offer. What it doesn't have is an account-level "export everything" feature comparable to a full data request. That makes exporting a per-conversation job rather than a one-click download.
Step 1: Save each Copilot conversation
Open the conversation you want to keep at copilot.microsoft.com.
Use the export or share option on that conversation, choosing Markdown or plain text if it's offered.
If only sharing is available, open the resulting share link and use your browser's Save page as… to capture an \.html\ file.
Repeat for every conversation you want to keep, or collect them into one folder and zip it for a bulk run.
