How to Request Your Claude Data

Log in to claude.ai
Click your name in the bottom-left corner
Go to Settings → Privacy
Scroll down to the Export Data section
Click Request Export
Anthropic will prepare your data and email you a download link

The export includes all your conversations in a structured format.
