How do I export my data from ChatGPT?

In ChatGPT, go to Settings → Data Controls → Export Data. OpenAI will email you a download link within a few minutes. Download the ZIP file and upload it directly to ChatExports.

How do I export my data from Claude?

In Claude, go to Settings → Privacy → Export Data. Anthropic will prepare a download. Once ready, download the file and upload it to ChatExports.

How do I export my data from Gemini?

For Gemini, visit Google Takeout (takeout.google.com), select Gemini Apps, and create an export. Google will prepare a download link. Upload the resulting file to ChatExports.
